Keep it simple. It's our daily mantra here at BioAg, and it started four decades ago when Founder Robert Faust first explored the benefits of fulvic acid.
It began with a few direct questions. Why and how do microbes break down plant material and make fulvic? In what ways does the presence of fulvic affect cells? From this starting point Dr. Faust further examined fulvic until he understood how it's best utilized on a cellular level by all living creatures including microbes, plants, animals and humans. Having now spent forty years on the subject we've come to know that it doesn't take fancy machines or exaggerated marketing terms to make a great fulvic. 70+ other ingredients or chemical extractions to concentrate it doesn't make it better. Conversely, we look to nature, how cells grow, how the cycle of life works, and instead of bending nature to our will, we imitate what's worked for millions of years- simply, slowly.
In a competitive universe everybody's got the best product with the most in it. We spend countless hours sharing with new customers why fulvic in a purified form is a better value than fulvic already bound to mineral complexes. It's backwards to our thinking that less could be more. When pre-bound to minerals fulvic WILL increase the absorption of those minerals but it WON'T operate on all the complex biochemical pathways. In laymen terms, it's already got a date for the party and not available to others. As example, when tied up in mineral complexes, fulvic no longer works efficiently as a heavy metal detoxifier or an anti-inflammatory agent.
Enhanced nutritional uptake is a benefit of taking fulvic. But at BioAg we are shy to recommend a shotgun approach to mineral therapy. Trace minerals can easily go from a beneficial dose to a toxic one with just a small increase, and more importantly there are many that health scientists know nothing about. Also, too often minerals included in fulvic products are loaded with heavy metals.

I use a complex method of slow fermentation, using a culture I developed in Hawaii. Specific fungi and microbes produce the fulvic acids and convert high molecular weight humic acids to the lower and more available molecular weight fraction of humus. I use an updated method based on a centuries old Chinese method developed in the Ming Dynasty. I have searched the world for the best raw materials. Outside of China and Siberia only one location exists where the right raw material exist. An organic humus or humic substance called "Medicine Rock" by the ancient Native Americans. The right kind is rare and takes careful mining. Only very old pond sites, where ancient broad leaf tree and cycads were grown in freshwater conditions are used. Most black looking minerals are not humic acids- or humic acids of value anyway. Hundreds of organic chemicals are involved and it is far more complex than, simply "fulvic or humic". Our product is high in phenols and phenol hydroxides along with amino acids like tyrosine and potent antioxidant compounds as well as blood cleansing natural chelators.
All these years the product sold itself by word of mouth and I never needed to brag about it, but now we live in a world of imitators and marketers taking advantage of people for profits. My goal was to provide an alternative to the contaminated and downright dangerous fulvic/colloidal mineral products that were being sold.
True Wu Jin San or "black Gold Medicine", as it is called in China, is crucial to maintain optimum health. Humic and fulvic acids are the building blocks of our world. They are part of the soil-food web and provide a biochemical bridge between lifeless minerals and living bodies.
